Nest Keeper focuses on getting you the maximum return on your investment, while also taking care of your property as if it were our own. We understand the stress that can come with managing your own property, especially with the higher turnovers that come with Airbnb. However, our goal is to help stream-line your life by taking Airbnb management out of your schedule.
Once we post your Airbnb ad, we look after bookings, all guest communication, meet-and-greets, and in-between cleanings. We also do a yearly inspection of your home to ensure any normal wear and tear is tended to.
We understand that you may want to have your home for set weeks or months out of the year. Should you wish to block off some days for personal preference, let us know. We have you covered.
