Welcome! My name is Jordan, the daughter-half of this dynamic duo. I would like to first introduce myself by saying how much I appreciate the importance of having your home being well taken care of, especially when it comes to opening your doors to short-term guests. Although I am a third generation real estate agent (thank you, mom, for all the guidance), I am first and foremost a communications fiend. I have a Bachelors in Communications, as well as Master’s Degree in Communications and Culture, specializing in the discursive strategies used by International Non-Profit Organizations. I won’t take you down the rabbit hole of my thesis, but just know how excited it gets me. While my work has taken me across many corners of the world, it also reminds me of the importance of home. Nest Keeper Co. is all about home, and how we’re able to make a space feel just like so for anyone finding temporary refuge at your property. From website development and logo design, to content creation and photography - I’m the package deal that makes your home shine online, and makes your guests feel like they have someone to communicate with incase they have any questions during their stay.
Hello fellow home owners! My name is Jessica, the mother-hawk to my ultimate side-kick, Jordan. My appreciation for real estate and care for home owners began in 1992 when I was first licensed
as a Real Estate professional. I practiced residential Real Estate for over two decades, and in 2000, I founded Unison Realty Group Ltd. I performed the lead role for 10 years, and then sold the company in 2010 in search of a new direction in property management. I have been involved in the Real Estate world in residential sales, brokering and management, land development, contractual consulting, condo management, budget creation and bylaw review, executive rentals and staging of project sample show suites. In one form or another, I have been in this fascinating industry for over 35 years. Within my career, I have received several performance awards, and have enjoyed the array of experiences, working relationships, and skills acquired along the way. I'm here to put a game-plan together for your property, including its staging, pricing, house-rules, and ensure you, our valued owners, are well acquainted with Nest Keepers raison d'etre.
